Network devices such as firewalls, switches and WiFi access points are included in your agreement as managed devices. These devices are monitored 24/7 and have update and reboot policies just like your other managed devices. Firewalls are $10 a month; switches and AP’s are $7 a month.
3-2-1 Backup Solution
3 - Your live data on the server will be monitored for drive failure and corruption.
2 - We will use our customized software to backup data locally. (Hardware not included)
1 - We will upload all your data to a secure datacenter nightly.
We will regularly monitor for successful backups and automate the process of ticket creation on failed backups for ease of mind. Your Backup and Replication License is free with your Co-Pilot agreement. (A savings of $50 a month)
UPDATE: Cloud storage space will be billed according to the storage space your company uses. Cloud Storage is $20 per terabyte.
How is My Agreement Price Calculated?
The Co-Pilot Management Agent Software that is responsible for many of the solutions we provide also automatically counts the managed devices on your network, this also updates your monthly agreement and will keep everything accurate and up to date.
After Hours Support
UPDATE: While our monitoring and management tools will continue to run 24/7, customer support that is required outside of business hours (8:30AM – 5:00PM, M-F) will now be billed at our normal hourly rate of $140 an hour. If you have a business that is open on the weekends or has a higher chance of needing support after hours, please talk to us about adding unlimited after hours support to your agreement.
