Our main focus is on the client. We want to bring your vision to life. That is why we make it point to get to know you, your business, and your audience. All of our videos are tailored to each client and specific project, they are not created with a template or generic shot-list. 

We are tech nerds at heart, which means we have an extensive arsenal of gear, and we know how to use it! 

We have DJI Phantom 4 Pro Series drones (flown by certified pilots!) to get those cinematic, buttery smooth shots from the sky. 

Please Keep in Mind: Drones can only be flown on days with no rain and low wind. Also, high altitude drone footage may not be available in certain areas due to airspace regulations.

On the ground, we use our Black Magic Pocket Cinema 4k video cameras along with sliders, tripods, and our DJI Ronin S handheld gimbal to capture beautiful footage from multiple angles simultaneously. We also have a variety of audio and lighting equipment.

Beyond the equipment we use for capturing great footage, we also use top of the line editing software to bring your video to life. We use Davinci Pro to add seamless transitions, custom titling, color correction, mastered audio, background music, 3D motion tracking, and more.

Promotional – Pricing for our Promotional Videos varies from project to project. We would love to sit down with you and discuss your vision for your video and build a quote based on your specific needs. 

Real Estate – Filming typically takes about an hour.

Promotional – It varies from project to project. The desired length of the final video, type of video, number of interviews and supporting shots, as well as many other factors will all effect the time it takes to film. Generally, filming a promotional video can take anywhere from 1-4 hours.

Real Estate – The first step is to fill out our Real Estate Video Request Form. Once we have received your request, we will contact you to schedule the shoot. On the day of the shoot, the property should be prepped and ready to film when we arrive. We have created a helpful guide to help you (or the current homeowners) prepare for filming. Promotional – Promotional Videos take a little more time to plan than a Real Estate Video. We like to start the process by meeting with you and discussing your business and your ideas for the video. If possible, we would love to visit you at the location we plan to shoot. Once the filming date has been scheduled, it will be your responsibility to make sure anyone who will be on camera is prepared, and the filming location is clean and free from clutter or distractions. 

Real Estate – We will email you links to your videos (one branded video, and one edited for MLS compliance standards) within 2-3 business days of filming the property.

Promotional – Typically, you can expect an email with links to your video about 2 weeks after filming is complete.
